The temporary piece is intended to stimulate discussion within the community about the possible uses for the building and the site. A 22 metre long white neon message spells out a quotation from the famous artist Michelangelo. I SAW AN ANGEL IN THE MARBLE AND I CARVED UNTIL I SET IT FREE </div><br /><div>“The sentiment of the quotation suggests to me that with vision and determination something of beauty and magic can be created. The work intends to stand as a symbol of the sites potential and also the surrounding area as a whole.
